Display Cargo trait rows with optional manual gallery entries. Manual entries remain visible when Cargo coverage is incomplete.
Usage

Use the stored Cargo collection key and category value, without wiki-link brackets. The ordinary gallery lists native trait files; layered=1 renders each trait over base_image. Optional manual gallery lines are appended when supplied. This component reads Cargo data.
