When to use
- Non-pseudonymous individuals with publicly documented birth dates
- In {{Infobox person}} birth_date parameter
When NOT to use
- Pseudonymous figures (e.g., Charlotte Fang as a persona)
- When birth date is not publicly available
- For approximate dates (use {{Circa}} instead)
