Hurt Hapas is a Milady-adjacent generative pfpNFT collection on Ethereum created under the “Hapa Heaven” umbrella. History and creation
Hurt Hapas was released on June 14, 2023 as the first installment of the Hapa Heaven sets. Project credits list artist KiraCh3w (“Kira”) with technical assistance from Ctrl and Lean. The collection’s primary sale took place on Scatter and minted out.
The Scatter launch page frames the drop as “a Generative Collection of 1500 … egirls launched in remembrance of 6/11: the Post-Milady Rave Praxis Cancellation Assault,” positioning the theme as rehabilitation from online harm.
Hapa Heaven uses an X (Twitter) account (@hapa_heaven) for announcements; the profile bio emphasizes “building NEETgirl community + rehabilitation” and mentions “HAPPY hapas (coming soon…),” signaling a planned sequel/companion set within the brand. (Oekaki Connect also quotes this bio verbatim.)
Artistic style
The artwork adopts a neochibi / kawaii-guro inflection: “hurt” motifs such as bandages and under-eye scratches are integrated with fashion-coded layers typical of PFPs.
